Gladys Glass, co-owner of Woodstock Trading Company, is known as "Mom" to her customers. She greets customers in the Cherry Hill NJ store. Internet customers feel her presence when they open their orders -- Mom includes a hand-picked gift inside every order that she personally selects for the customer.
