Are all items in your retail store available online?
No, not all of the in-store stock is displayed online. Call or email us and we will be happy to tell you what we have in the store.

Are All Items in the Online Store Ready for Shipment?
Yes, most items we have available online are ready for shipment. The only delay would be a result of multiple quantity orders of the same item. Since we are a boutique, we carry a limited number of a wide range of items. If we are out of an item and it does not appear that it will be back in stock in a reasonable amount of time, we will notify you by phone first and then email. We will no longer backorder items.

What shipping method do you use and how long will it take to receive my order?
Woodstock ships all orders UPS Ground or Priority Mail . If your items are in stock, and most likely they are, we ship your order the next business day after your order is placed. Most shipments are delivered by UPS within 3-5 business days. If you want have your order shipped faster, give us a call to get a shipping quote. Woodstock only ships orders to addresses within the continental United States (UPS does not ship via ground to Alaska or Hawaii). From what location are purchases shipped?
All purchases from Woodstock Trading Company online are received, processed and promptly shipped by our staff in our Cherry Hill, New Jersey store. Woodstock is located 15 minutes east of Philadelphia, PA.

What credit cards do you accept?
Woodstock accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

Why can't I use Paypal to send an eCheck?
Since our inventory is collectible and limited, we do not wish to hold inventory for checks to clear.

Why can't I send a Paypal payment without a verified address?
As part of our fraud protection all orders must meet address verification standards. What that means is that your billing address must match what is on file with both Paypal and your credit card company.

I ordered something and decided I don't like it. Can I return it?
Yes, but it would be subject to a 10% restocking fee. No returns or exchanges after 30 days. Undergarments are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Do you share your customer list with any third party?
Abolutely not. Woodstock does not share, sell, trade, or anything in-between, your customer information.
