About

On August 1, 1988, Woodstock Trading Company was born. The Grateful Dead were still touring and the hippie scene was strong.  Only a tie-dyed flag in the window marked the store’s existence. A handful of t-shirts, stickers and psychedelic artwork filled the small second floor space of the office building.
Owner, Gladys “Mom” Glass recalls how it all began, “The psychedelic music scene was, in a sense, a community and that was the spirit we wanted to bring into our hometown. We wanted a safe place for the young people to gather.  We wanted to create a Woodstock family of newfound friends.”
Woodstock Trading Company offers timeless Rock-n-Roll  memorabilia including those of your favorite artists: The  Grateful Dead, Led Zepplin, Jimmie Hendrix, Janis Joplin, The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, Pink Floyd, Bob Marley. Rare collectibles, psychedelic posters, jewelry, one-of-a-kind beads, incense from around the world, t-shirts, stickers, decals, patches, natural soaps, candles, oils and  tye-dyes for all ages, including unique accesory items.
