These are richly colored, striking Czech glass beads. Each darkly tinted emerald green bead was coated with a speckled finish referred to as a "Picasso" finish. Then this finish is cut away at the equator to reveal the deep green beneath. This gives them earthy, speckled picasso caps with a strong, deep emerald green band at the middle. These are then referred to as "center cut" beads. They would make outstanding earrings or add an earthy, mysical accent to any jewelry project. They are $3.50 for ten beads.
