These exciting Czech glass beads are a sparkling medium aqua base color. They were coated with a speckled finish which is referred to as a "Picasso" finish. Aftre coating, a band around the equator of the bead is cut away to reveal the brilliant color below. So each bead is capped with the classic, earthy picasso finish with a band of glorious medium aqua. This design is called a "center" or "central" cut. These lovelies are $3.50 for 10 beads.
