Dance/Exercise Workshop & Songwriting Workshop
With Ginny & Brian
Dance & Exercise Workshop on the front lawn with Ginny (Mums the Word & The
Bally Girls). She will guide you through a series of stretches, exercises, and
dance moves. Bring a yoga mat. The cost is $10.
Songwriting Workshop in the store with Brian (Mums the Word). Experience the
songwriting process in miniature using a tool called The Chord Wheel
(by Jim Flesser). You will get to know the entire group and each member
will write one short song before the conclusion of the workshop.
Bring a pen, paper, and acoustic guitar. The cost is $10.
