These striking, deeply garnet colored glass beads are expertly decorated with goldstone piping. Beads such as these are called "Wedding Cake" beads. These richly colored beads are about 25mm in length and 15mm in diameter. They do vary a bit as each is made by hand. They are from Firozibad India, famed for its glassworks. The shiny circle in the photo is a quarter to show scale. They are 60 cents per bead.
