This is a one-of-kind, handmade glass beaded necklace from our tie dye collection of flameworked beaded necklaces. The bead measures 1.50 inches long by .50 inches thick (3.81 cm by 1.27cm). We have come to love the swirling bands of color that define the collection. It is made of soda-lime glass from Germany, Czech Republic, and New Zealand. All of our handmade beads have been slowly annealed in the kiln with a digital control box. We must take a moment to give credit to our mentor, Paul Stankard. His infinte spirit and energy inspired us to work in an entirely different palatte of glass, to try more processes in how glass can be worked and shown us so many fresh ways to appreciate beauty.
